GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND ACCEPTANCE
This general purchase conditions regulate the purchase of products through access to the web.

The client must be registered to the website www.drinkslowcost.com for doing the purchase and accept the General conditions of purchase. The acceptance of the General conditions of purchase will mean the express and full acceptance without reservations of the totality of the conditions of purchase.
ALREGI SL may modify unilaterally, at any time deemed appropriate, the settings that this website, the terms of service and its content as well as eliminate them, limit them or suspend them temporarily or permanently as well as also to prevent access to it, taking care to inform the user of these changes via email or through their publication on the website whenever circumstances permit.
The purchase of products that are displayed on the http://www.drinkslowcost.com website is intended for end consumers, within the meaning established by law 26/1984, of 19 July, general for the defence of consumers and users, and for the own consumption of the customer or of persons on behalf of whom the customer is legally authorized to act. Therefore, Alregi, S.L. is not responsible for the misuse of the website of wholesale companies, distributors, central purchasing, large surfaces, other professional intermediaries of the food industry and related sectors.
Pursuant to the above, the resale of products purchased through www.drinkslowcost.com is strictly prohibited.
As a customer, you declare to be adult and have the sufficient legal capacity to be linked by the present general purchase conditions in contract with ALREGI SL.
The website registration as a client is completely free. Access codes (username and password) are personal and not transferable, being the obligation of the customer to ensure their custody, good use and integrity. Likewise, the customer is only responsible for the choice, the loss, theft or unauthorized use of any password or code and the consequences that may arise. ALREGI SL reserves the right to cancel the username and password for users which maintain debtors or unpaid balances, or that carry out behaviours not in accordance with law.
ALREGI SL guarantees the price of the day in which the purchase is realised, regardless of the day on which the delivery is made. All prices shown on www.drinkslowcost.com include value-added (VAT) tax applicable. The images of the products that the customer can see displayed on the website are for identification and descriptive purposes, and may be different from those finally delivered, for example wine vintages or labelling changes.
ALREGI SL reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the commodity prices, as well as to suspend or cancel its sale of temporarily or permanently. The validity of the tenders shall be a monthly/daily/quarterly.
PREPARATION AND ORDER'S DELIVERY
ALREGI SL guarantees the existence of all the products offered on www.winepalace.com, in case of not having the availability thereof for all customers and the required volumes, the customer will be informed of this circumstance.
The order will be delivered at the address indicated in the schedule established either customer can pick it up at one of the points of sale authorized in a term of 30 days (the collected at the point of sale always are notice, can elapse of 72 h. to a week).
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, except holidays, both national, regional and local, within the schedule established with the customer. At the time of delivery, the customer will be identified and will have to sign the delivery note of the order as the order has been delivered and accepted.
ALREGI SL does not assume any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of orders when this delay is exclusive fault of hired transport. Once the order is issued and the customer has the tracking number is responsible for the contracted transportation agency.
Currently ALREGI SL offers the service of delivery within the European Community, excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In case of error you have within 14 calendar days (if you have not unsealed the product) after the reception to make relevant claims. After this period we will understand that the receipt of goods has been satisfactory.
ALREGI SL assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the customs services of the countries of reception or circulation of goods nor expenses taxes accrued by differences between countries.
If you do not meet the delivery deadline ALREGI SL informs its clients and informs them of the reason which provokes the delay and proposes alternative solutions.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not made.
The customer can process the return within a period 14 calendar days (if you have not unsealed the product) from the receipt of the order, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of the delivery note for the transportation, receipt or invoice. Ports will be in charge of Alregi or customer, depending on each case, which is value at the time of the incidence.
For international shipments must also indicate the number of the order (“tracking number”) assigned by the transportation company.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case that would be a product made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized. ALREGI SL is committed to the return of the amounts paid within a period of 30 days.
We serve returns preferentially.
The payment can be made by:
- Credit or debit cards: Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard
- PAYPAL. ALREGI SL guarantees the customer the total security of your transactions through PAYPAL.
- Transference bank to account ES45 0081 5174 79 0001057608 at the time of purchase. In this case, the customer will indicate the number order in the "concept" so the Orders Department, can expedite the verification process. In the event that the transfer is not received within 10 working days, the order will be cancelled. This payment method is valid only for transfers from Spanish entities.
PRICES AND TAXES
The prices of the products in the shopping cart include the added value (VAT) tax but do not include postage. These are calculated at the time of the processing of the order.
Purchases that make physical persons residing in the Member States of the European Union are subject to VAT.
